When you contact us we will first ask for pictures of your water feature. After we receive the pictures we will give you a call back to discuss your pond/water feature issues with you and gather additional information. Next we will schedule an appoint with one of our pond professionals to come out and evaluate your pond . Sometimes the fix may be as simple as adding a few pond plants and getting started on a regular regiment of water treatments. Other times additional filtration or a partial overhaul may be the solution. Either way we will discuss possible solutions and associated costs with you during our meeting.
