Liability
Our maintenance services will help ensure you have a healthy and beautiful pond all year. However, some issues are beyond our control and therefore H2O Designs will not take responsibility for any issues that cannot be directly attributed to negligence on the part of H2O Designs Inc.
Termination of Services
Preventive maintenance services may be cancelled by the customer at anytime contingent on a 15 day notice. Customer shall be financially responsible for any maintenance services performed prior to cancellation notice.
